Most products to help inflammation are hard on kidneys and stomach. This is a product you can take without the added health worries.

I take one capsule each evening. After reading the benefits of turmeric, I chose this one because of the company and those endorsing it.

I use one tablet in the morning with my vitamins and one at night because it helps me sleep and I wake with little or no pain in my shoulder.
