I think it is helping muscle stiffness and pain and it does not upset my stomach like the turmeric products containing black pepper extract.

These are great! I have tried other brands that were ok but these are far better. I ran out and definitely noticed what a difference they make.

It tastes good by itself,m the daily dose is very small and I felt better in 4 days! It has to be refrigerated, so it's not convenient for travel.
