I just purchased this product today. I am looking forward to feeling the results it will provide to my arthritic joints.

I take 2 pills every morning. About 1 pm every day after lunch I have a bowel movement. There is always 2 pills in my stool that hasn't broken down.

Use liquid turmeric at home but this is a must for air travel. Avoids the 'liquids' restrictions for carryons
