I've just staring using it and the inflammation in my ankle has gone down. Not all the way yet but hoping to get improved results with more time.

My only comment is that I wish instead of using Xylitol for a sweetner you would use the Munk Fruit etc you use in you CoQ10

Have knee issues & was told to take everyday. Have to say haven't had any recurring issues. I take 2 a day.

i add this to a margarita or orange juice makes some of the aches and pain go away noticeably miss it when i run out .
