This is a great and easy way to take Turmeric. I feel like is is much more easily absorbed in this form.

Twice daily, i use to snap, crackle, pop after sitting for long periods of time then get up. Almost embarrased to get up. Now I get up with a smile.

I drink it everyday @ work hopefully it will reduce all my inflammations on my shoulder, back, knees and hands.
