Although the, alternate brand, tablets were on sale it still works out to be less expensive to take a quick shot of the liquid.

My wife and I use it for inflammation and so far it has been working just fine. You need to take it every day

We feel better for taking the turmeric and coq10 everyday I know that it is making a difference and we will continue to take these everyday

I take on capsule a day with at least one cup of water. It's a big capsule. I hope to feel some relief in my joints soon.
