i take one pill a day and it has immensely helped with inflammation in my joints! i would highly recommend this product to others.

Take this daily and ran out during Holidays and wife bought gummy turmeric. Awful just awful. Ordered as quick as could. Glad to be back on this

i like this form much better than pills. I have no way to measure effectiveness, but if you are going to take turmeric, this is the way to do it.
