I use Qunol Turmeric to control inflammation and have noticed great results. I am now on my third bottle and will continue.

I use this in Conjunction with my Staten and I don't notice near the effects that the Staten usually put on your body

I take it twice daily. One in the morning, another in the evening. Can take it with or without meals because it is so easily tolerated.
