I don't know if turmeric is really an anti-inflammatory, like I've heard, but I'll believe the masses. This product is super tasty though. It already has pepper in it also, which I understand really helps the turmeric work effectively. 5 stars. yum.

It turns out it makes me sick taking as suggested. However, it really helps with the inflammation in my knees. So, I'm taking half the dose which seems to be okay so far but it's not as helpful for my inflammation.

I have a hard time with large pills and was worried that I would have trouble with the soft gels. I didn't have a problem at all. Suggestion- a picture of the actual sized soft gel would be very helpful.
