It is pleasant tasting and easy to take. I think it helps in that i have not been sick when people around me had coughs and colds. Not sure if it helps with energy, but am a little less tired.

I am a conga player, after two jobs in a row. my joints are over worked. alot of percussion work with bongos, congas. I would rather hit a hot tub. But things the way that they are, Tumeric is my answer. Works wounders for the inflammation.

I take many supplements along with this one. I have idiopathic peripheral neuropathy and I feel better and have more energy since I started taking the supplements.

I find the taste good but when combined with the coq10 it balances out. And has made my life better i dont feel as sluggish and out of it i feel more healthy. Of course the changed diet helped too :-)

I've been using this for about 6 months, and I have noticed an improvement in joint pain and therefore mobility. I take it twice a day as recommended and it has been helpful.
