[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take the product about an hour before bedtime. I was using the capsules but feel the liquid has better absorption and better for my daily routine.

we used this product as a family ( my wife, my autistic 5-year-old daughter and myself) and it has helped us focus more and helped our autistic daughter tone down her hyper-ness​. It tastes great too an added advantage.

Just finished my first bottle of this product...I could tell a difference about 1/2 way thru the bottle and I could tell the difference when I didn't take it for a couple of days.

Since I started taking the Tumeric pills I have been feeling more energetic. After my morning workout, I have breakfast and take them right away and my recovery time is much faster than before

I've tried taking turmeric in various forms and never stuck with it every day. Made the "golden milk", used a tea that included turmeric and ginger (yuk!), etc. This is so much easier to do every morning!
