A very palatable taste and texture, can be drank pure or mixed in with water or smoothies. I am already feeling some reduction in pain and inflamation after 5 days.

I take 10 mg after breakfast every morning, I love the orange pineapple flavor. But the best is that I am following my Dr's recommendations with little effort.
