I take it in the morning, with my other supplements. This is one of the best supplements in the world, We have plenty of inflammatory issues, that will be helped by this product.

Have taken capsules of tumeric for sometime, just started this liquid product and it seems to be helping a lot for pain and inflammation. Will continue to take it and am anxious to see if it continues to work for me.

The first time I took this, I could tell I had more energy and I had a sore ankle and it feels better already. It tastes very good. I take a shot of it, or sometimes add it to my water bottle.

I take a tablespoonful first thing in the morning before breakfast. I used to boil fresh turmeric to make my daily cup drink. The bottled liquid turmeric with curcumin is very tasty and convenient.

The product is easy to take in liquid form. It's provided me with more energy and my muscles do not ache like they have in the past. I'm a woman in my 60's and I workout 5 days a week.

I love this product. It gives almost instant relief of pain. I have MS, Parkinson's, and OsteoArthritis plus have had surgery on both knees and now have no cartilage and have return ligaments. Lots of pain!

Easy to use and pour. Plastic cup was marked wrong for 1 Tablespoon dose, though. We simply used a kitchen measuring spoon and used a marker to make a black line for the correct dose on the little cup provided.
