I really like that the capsule is easy to swallow even if it is a bit large. I noticed a decrease in my discomfort from arthritic inflammation very quickly and am very grateful for that.

I have switched to liquid Tumeric to reduce the number of pills I take. It's already a handful that are hard to swallow. This product provides the same benefit and is easy to take. Win-Win for me!

I was most concerned about the taste. Its looks bad, but the taste is okay. I added to a small glass of cold water. If this is helpful health wise, I might switch to the capsules later.

Easy to swallow soft gels. Easy on the digestive system. really helps with curbing inflammation. I can definitely see a difference from my old other brand to this one.

Other brands of Turmeric cause me heartburn...tough to digest and always wondering if it's "just going through". No such problems with this product...instills confidence and personal feeling that I am finally getting the med I need...thank you.

I really like this product. The price is relatively fair, and it seems to be made with quality ingredients. The only downside I have is that the capsules themself are pretty big.
