I have RA that is extremely active. Having read about the benefits of turmeric I tried Qunol. It helps immensely. I wish the capsules were smaller, other than that, I love it.

Since using turmeric I have an easier time moving. Less joint pain. but one side effect that I've noticed is an increase in heartburn. But still use the product.
