I use this product for inflammation and for the general health benefits it contains. I take it day as part of my general health benefit. I like the size of the product. It is easy to swallow.

I take this Tumeric daily and it has helped alleviate some of the joint pain I experience. I also feel like it aid in the depression I was was going through.

Qunol does its job better than generic turmeric, which offers poor absorption and is not nearly as good where vascular health is concerned. I feel great knowing I'm using a good product, so good, that my doctor recommended it.
