I take it twice a day, 10 ML morning and night, as recommended by my Dr. and I am shocked at how well my body is responding to it is such a short period of time. I exercise regularly and i really like the benefits I get from this supplement.

I use it once daily although it's recommended to take twice. It's easy to swallow being of a bigger size. It has better absorption than other brands,which obviously makes your joints feel better.

My husband and I started taking Qunol Turmeric 2 months ago. His knees and back feel much better. My back has improved. It does seem to take the edge off and allow us to move more freely with less stiffness and pain.
