I've been looking for a better way to incorporate more Turmeric into my diet, and this was the answer!! Tastes great, and I'm already noticing a difference in reduced joint inflammation in my hands. Highly recommend this!

It is the easiest turmeric I have used. The capsule are cheaper but sometimes it get stock on your throat, and you gag and need a lot of water to rinse the taste of turmeric.
