It has made a difference. I have read that pepper acts synergistically with turmeric but this formulation doesn't have pepper, so I use pepper as a condiment when I take these with food.

I take the Qunol Liquid Turmeric everyday to help with inflammation/joint issues and it has been working great for those issues. Be sure to refrigerate, tastes much better cold.
