It's the only turmuric product available in my area that has curcuminoids in it. I get it because my doctor wants me on it. It is what it is. I mix it in orange juice because that's the only way for me to quickly make it palatable.

I started taking this product for arthritis pain in my fingers and hands. After taking app 3 weeks I noticed a significant improvement. Pain is minimal now
