I am not very big on taking medicines or supplements, but the Qunol brand is easy for me to swallow. I feel an overall sense of wellness, and I have more energy sense starting the Qunol supplements.

I take 2 capsules at night . I sleep great and no arthritis pain. It really helps with the inflammation in my shoulders and hips therefore I sleep much more comfortably.
