Initially I was unable to regularly take this spice due to taste and grittiness. The quill liquid turmeric is much easier to tolerate and does not have any sort of gritty aftertaste.

I was given this product by a friend I have been using it for about 3 months has helped my joint pain significantly would highly recommend to a friend.

I use this product everyday, love the convenience of the liquid, this has helped me so much I work out 5 days a week and my knee problem is almost nonexistent
