the taste is delicious, my husband bought it because his type of work requires him to use his shoulders and his joints were aching more than normal and he started using liquid turmeric and has felt so much better, his sleep has improved sufficiently

I heard a lot about Curcumin and its benefits and I have used the capsules but I wanted something that would get into my system a lot quicker. I just started taking it and I am very pleased with it. Tastes a lot better than I thought it would.

This product has a daily dosage of two soft gels. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. They are very easy to swallow and absorb efficiently. There is no aftertaste. Best source of Tumeric that I have found!
