My husband and I started taking Qunol Turmeric 2 months ago. His knees and back feel much better. My back has improved. It does seem to take the edge off and allow us to move more freely with less stiffness and pain.

I first tried the liquid form and was not happy with the taste, so switched to these capsules and noticed a difference right away. Great stuff to assist with inflammation.

I take Tumeric once a day after lunch. It helps keep the inflammation down in the body caused by arthritis. The cost is comparable to many prescription meds without the side effects.

I normally take the Qunol liquid turmeric straight and then drink some plain seltzer to wash it down. It taste a bit like orange flavored medicine but I wash it down with a sip of seltzer water. It's all good and worth the health benefit.

The taste makes you feel like the product is fresh and powerful. You can almost sense the absorption as you swallow it. Much better than capsules or powder.

I have been using this product for about 2 months now and i can say that for at least the last month my pain after heavy gym weight lifting or long distance running has been minimized. I feel much less pain and recover is faster.
