I use Qunol Turmeric as well as Qunol's Co-Q10. Mostly because of the superior absorption. I have had a heart attack and two cardiac arrests, and want to be sure that whatever supplements I take work the way they are supposed to. Thanks !!

I have joint pain that is always alleviated by 2 Qunol Turmeric 1000mg softgels. I was taking one at a time after lunch then dinner, but found that 2 softgels at the same time work much better.
