I take two capsules every day after breakfast. I helps me thru the day with inflammation specifically in the hip and lower back area. There is nothing I can say that I do not like about the product.

Great, quality product. I wasn't sure if this product would work for me, since I don't like the flavor and grittiness of turmeric, but the flavor is good and it is much easier for me to take this in liquid form than in tablets. Highly recommend!
