I use it for the stiffness in my knee joints I was starting to notice. I do wish the softgels were a little smaller, but then I guess the dosage would be three instead of two.

There are too many health advantages to taking this product to enumerate. But suffice it to say, it just makes you feel better and feeling better is great for anyone! I plan to invest in this product and my health for many years to come.
