Found this product really helped decrease the inflamation in my knees. I now use it on a regular basis. I do have to be careful, however, because too much can cause loose stools.

We know tumeric is good for us, but it's not always easy to drink tumeric tea or cook with tumeric as a spice. This is a tasty and really easy way to consume tumeric. I recommend it!
