Went without for about a month. Definitely felt the difference. Won't let that happen again. I am an active senior citizen and this helps me stay that way.

On the suggestion of my Orthopedic Doctor, he uses this product, I started using Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric in November 2018. If I miss a daily dose I can feel the difference.

This formula is easy to take and does not have the bitter flavor of standard turmeric supplements. I can feel a positive difference, now that I am using this liquid supplement.

I take it daily. My knees and muscles overall started hurting. Just retired and wanted to travel. I was afraid I would not be able to keep up with the tour. I am awesome!
