We use this product daily. Turmeric was harsh on my wife's acid reflux condition. The liquid is much easier to take and we are feeling less pain from arthritis.

I can definitely see an improvement in my knees. I don't know if it would work that way for everyone else, but the liquid turmeric seems to have worked better than the capsules I have tried.
