I take the recommended dossage every day. I asked my doctor about Qunol vs supposed mind and memory inhancing products and his response was positive for the use of Qunol over the other products. I tell all my friends to get on a Qunol regimen.

I really like the ease in taking the liquid turmeric. It tease very good and has no after tease, or some times I put it in to my morning juice and it goes will with it too.
