Tumeric is potentially a very messy supplement. To that end capsules always seem better. However, given the potency of the liquid and its ease of pouring, I have found this product to be very good. It has great efficacy as well.

I use this product daily to help with inflammation and I've noticed that I've had less issues with lower back spasms. I like that it's a liquid vs power or pills which makes it easy to add to anything.
