I was taking max amount of the over the counter "Ibuprofen" for joint pain. Now that I take Qunol TURMERIC, I don't feel the need for it as I once did. I'm sold on Qunol.

Effective within three days for me! Took 3 instead of two a day hoping for even better results but went back to two a day when I did not see extra stiffness and pain relief. Over all its been surprisingly effective.
