I use Qunol Turmeric for my hands because of arthritis. I am very active and use my hands a lot in my sport I play and since I have used Turmeric I have no more pain and I can do everything I like.

I have tried this product for a month and have not seen any change. This was at 15 ml. I will try twice that to see if I see any changes. I can't recommend this to a friend yet.
