My husband and I are both on 1500 mg softgels. I ran out at one point, and it was about 7-10 days until I refilled. I could tell such a difference; my body ached so much. This product is well-worth trying.

Bottle is too large to fit in the fridge a shorter, squat bottle size would be better. I like the pills just for convenience, but the better absorption with the liquid makes a difference.
