I use it for my heart because I refuse to take medicine. When I told my doctor that he suggested Qunol and I told him I'd take it because I done a lot of research on it and liked what I read.

I take this in the evening after my run. It seems to alleviate the soreness I've been feeling in my hip and knee the day after. I'd recommend drinking it at a colder temp - I add crushed ice for a more pleasant drinking experience.

My husband and I both take this product daily. We've experimented and tried many other brands of Tumeric and always go back to the Qunol brand. We have noticeable results and have decided that this is definitely our brand!
