Since taking this daily, I immediately noticed pain relief in my joints. Granted, I just realized I was taking 4 times the daily dosage. But it still seems effective with the proper dosage too.

I would definitely recommend this product. I was surprise when I taste it because it so good I usually make my own turmeric with warm water but this product is so good I even made my cousin buy one for self.

I felt better after taking Qunol Liquid Turmeric, but after a few weeks my symptoms didn't change much. So I'm not 100% sure about it's effect but I'll keep at it.
