I've been taking your CoQ10 for some time & started taking the Liquid Turmeric. I'm glad that you have introduced the Liquid & Softgels to your product line. I like the flavor of the Liquid Turmeric, but when traveling, I use the softgels.

I take two gel caps each morning it has helped with my knees. I can get out in my garden and work around my yard. I still need knee surgery but this has helped.

I've been using Turmeric 1000mg for six months for inflammation. I had swelling in my knees and ankles for quite some time. Since using Qunol extra strength Turmeric it's under control. It also helped with swelling after my knee surgery.

I have only been taking them for a couple weeks they seem to help but again costly for us elderly. I know I am on a limited budget so I won't always be able to purchase them
