Over the past several years I have tried a few different forms of turmeric and have found that Qunol's ultra high absorption formula works best for me.

I use daily in the morning. I really think that it cured my "trigger thumb". After consistently taking this for only a couple of months, I was able to bend my thumb back and forth easily without it getting "stuck". Amazing!

I have taken the liquid in the past, but refrigerating it keeps it out of sight and sometimes forgotten. Plus I was mixing w/ juice. This is easy to take and is with the rest of my supplements. Not forgotten now.
