Have been taking fir two or three years as part of my heRt health routine (heart attack in 2006). My cardiologist & my Reg MD are amazed @ my stats & keep saying "Whatever you're doing or taking, keep it up!"

I take 2 capsules each morning which causes my leg to not swell. This is a big thing for me. I don't like to have the discomfort that swelling causes. Thank-You Qunol this has been a great help since I discover it 5 years ago.

I bought this by mistake, thought I grabbed the CoQ10. Decided to use it and WOW, the back pain I'd been dealing with was gone. I take two capsules daily in divided doses with a meal.

I take the product daily, and feel it has helped in the short time I have used it. Since they are large I wish the amount you take would only be one rather than two.
