I take 1 dose 2 x a day. It took a week or so to make a real difference but I am about 95% pain free. Others I have tried did not work as well and would leave me with a terrible indigestion.

Your TV ads would be much more impressive if the announcer knew how to pronounce the product you're selling. There is no accent on the second syllable. It's hard to take this product seriously.
