I take turmeric every day to reduce inflammation in my arthritic joints. Qunol Extra strength turmeric softgels are superior to every other turmeric product I have purchased in the past. I truly believe taking it daily is going to improve my health.

After purchasing a bottle of 30 and getting them home I read the instructions for 2 a day. What I hoped was a month supply is a day over 2 weeks. My bad for not looking at the label.
