[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking Qunol Liquid Tumeric as an anti inflammatory and it works better than what was prescribed by the doctor. I will continue using it daily to prevent inflammation from arthritis.

I have taken the liquid in the past, but refrigerating it keeps it out of sight and sometimes forgotten. Plus I was mixing w/ juice. This is easy to take and is with the rest of my supplements. Not forgotten now.

Its very simple, I eat my breakfast take 2 softgel tablets. I usually wait about a half hour & then go on my 5 mile bike ride. Now, keep in mind before qunol I could barely bike a 2 miles without my knees & back & ankles so sore. I love it.
