I have just started using this. I seem to already feel affects. It is a little chalky but doesn't taste bad. It is good to mix it with Gatorade or something. I will send more feedback in a couple weeks.

I've been taking this for about a month now. I don't notice any major improvements. I do like that this doesn't have the normal curcumin residue that gets on your fingers and makes everything you touch stain yellow.
