Seems to be helping with inflammation and pain associated with it. Just started it so we will see if it is worth the price over a less expensive brand.

I just started using this a few weeks ago and noticed a difference after a few days. The swelling in my knee has gone down and there is a lot less pain. I can't take anti-inflammatory medication so this is helping a great deal.

I've been using powdered Turmeric for years in health drinks. I love the way this product tastes, and it doesn't seem to be as prone to staining as the powder. Very happy to make a place in the fridge for this!!

Easy to take gel caps provide more efficient recovery from daily workouts and everyday chores. Aches and pains aren't nearly as noticeable as they were prior to using this product.

I like this particular product, I can tell the difference when I take it and when I don't. It helps to reduce inflammation through out my entire system. I take it before I go to the gym for a better workout.

Initially I was unable to regularly take this spice due to taste and grittiness. The quill liquid turmeric is much easier to tolerate and does not have any sort of gritty aftertaste.

I was given this product by a friend I have been using it for about 3 months has helped my joint pain significantly would highly recommend to a friend.
