I've used Qunol Liquid Tumeric to help with my joints and inflamed IT band. After taking it for a couple months, I'm starting to notice some improvement on the pain while I exercise. Will definitely continue using this product.

I take two turmeric's a day for joint pain. It has had a tremendous affect on my joints! I especially like that it comes in soft-gels, because I have trouble swallowing capsules.
