I take it everyday. It has helped my joints so much. My shoulders and arms hurt and I couldn't move them without pain. They move a lot better since I have been taking the pills and pain is minimal.

I have used many health food store turmeric products as well as straight turmeric and nothing was as effective as Qunol. I feel so good sharing this information with others suffering the pain of arthritis.

It is pleasant tasting and easy to take. I think it helps in that i have not been sick when people around me had coughs and colds. Not sure if it helps with energy, but am a little less tired.

I use the Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric twice daily to help minimize inflammation and soreness. I have experienced less soreness and joint pain since I satarede taking it. I would and have recommended it to friends.
