I find it too grainy and thick . Will go back to pills when this is gone. I also didnt love the flavor.

I am used to making my own Turmeric drink, so I couldn't believe how powerful this one was. I love the taste and am so happy I bought it!

I take it on days when I know I will be exerting my knees. It seems to help reducing the pain I used to endure.

Have been taking to help with joint and back pain. Can tell a difference when I do and don't take it. Also has a nice flavor.
