I prefer the liquid form of Turmeric because it is absorbed more readily than the capsule form, and absorbed more completely.

I take a daily dose every morning and see a great change in my overall health. It is a lot better than taking the tablets or just straight Turmeric.

Now using both Qunol liquid Tumeric & liquid Coq10. Don't like the side effects of the statin I've been taking.
