I was told by several people to try Turmeric to alleviate the inflammation, and pain. After trying several brands, with no positive results, I went ahead and tried the Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric, Ultra high absorption. What a difference! I would definitely recommend taking this product for arthritis pain.

I find it very effective and worthwhile, as turmeric is not all that much available in USA unless you go to health food store. A bit pricy, however the convenience of taking product is preferable to attempting to mix the powder version of this beneficial herb.

Info: I am a very active 66year old, I do weight training five days a week and play ice hockey twice a week. I'm am VERY impressed with this product. Other products that I have tried did not work as well as Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric (1000mg).

Follow the ounce instructions and you're done. I usually would drink it every morning when I would wake up and drink a cap full, by itself.

I had surgeries on both feet and have noticed less pain and inflammation in my knees and feet after taking this for about a month. I really noticed the difference about a month after I ran out of this product. So I just started taking it again a few weeks ago, and already feel better.

At 74 years of age turmeric has changed my life. I will admit buying off brand cheaper turmeric and have learned the hard way that the Qunol product is far better.
